To comply with applicable legislation, we do not sell products to persons under the age of 18. Age verification is carried out via BankID at checkout, and ID may be required upon delivery of certain products.

Prices
All prices on PremiumVape.se are listed in SEK (Swedish kronor) including VAT (25%) for deliveries within the EU.
Information for customers outside the EU
Norway: Since January 1, 2020, VAT and customs duties are charged from the first krona.

Other non-EU countries: VAT and customs fees are paid in the receiving country.
Note: As of July 2024, stricter rules apply in Norway for e-cigarettes and e-liquids. Only tobacco-flavored products are allowed and a medical certificate is required for import.
We, Electric Lady AB, take no responsibility for any extra costs or restrictions for import to other countries.
Warranty
Mods & Batteries: 2-month warranty against manufacturing defects (normal performance loss is not covered).
Vaporizers: 1-month warranty against manufacturing defects (wear and tear not covered).
Coils: No warranty, as these are consumables.

Returns & Complaints
For complaints, we require the product’s serial number, found on the packaging.
Important: Always save the product packaging for the complaint to be valid.
Right of withdrawal – 14 days
You always have 14 days right of withdrawal according to the Swedish Distance Sales Act (10 §) from the date you receive the item.
Note:
- The right of withdrawal only applies to private customers, not businesses
- It does not apply to custom-mixed e-liquids
Return conditions
To be approved, the return must meet the following:
- The product must be unused and in unopened original packaging
- All accessories must be included
- The product must be properly packed and sent directly to our address (not to a pick-up point)
- The return number must be written on or included in the package
Refunds are made within 30 days after we receive your return.
We only refund the product price – not shipping, return, or invoice fees.
How to return a product
- Email us at support@premiumvape.se with your order number and reason for return
- Pack the item carefully – you are responsible until we receive it
- We do not compensate poorly packaged items that are damaged during shipping
- In case of damage in transit, we will contact you so you can file a complaint with the carrier

Publication errors & price adjustments
We reserve the right for any of the following:
- Price changes and incorrect price information
- Out-of-stock products or stock discrepancies
- Technical problems on the website, browser, network, or server
We reserve the right to correct any incorrect information and contact the buyer if necessary.
Delivery information
Orders placed on weekdays before 14:00 are shipped the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day.
Shipping methods
Varubrev (within Sweden):
Sent via PostNord.
Delivered to your mailbox if possible.
For larger shipments, pick-up is notified at the nearest PostNord agent.
Applies to non-TPD products like flavor concentrates and accessories.
Unclaimed Varubrev or incorrect address:
Sweden: 150 SEK return fee
Other countries: 200 SEK return fee
MyPack Collect (for TPD products):
Used for e-liquid, nicotine products, and hardware.
Pick up at PostNord agent with ID verification.
Delivery times for MyPack Collect
- South of Sundsvall: 1 business day
- North of Sundsvall: 2 business days
Unclaimed MyPack Collect shipment:
Sweden: 150 SEK return fee
Normal delivery time
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 2–6 business days
