The Flavor Apprentice (TFA) is a leading producer of water-soluble flavourings.
Watermelon captures a classic melon profile: juicy red flesh, clean sweetness, a subtle green rind nuance and a refreshing soda-friendly finish—ideal for lemonades/sodas, slushes, fruit/berry blends and light desserts. Use: Concentrate that must be diluted. TFA flavours are water-soluble and PG-carried; some may contain traces of ethanol. Note: We purchase in bulk and re-bottle into smaller bottles (not the original packaging).
