The Flavor Apprentice (TFA) is a leading producer of water-soluble flavourings.
RY4 Asian refines the classic RY4: soft caramel/toffee and vanilla over mild leafy tobacco with a discreet spice and light smoky/roasted nuance. Ideal as a dessert-tobacco base, in caramel/praline builds or as a deep accent to coffee and chocolate. Use: Concentrate that must be diluted. TFA flavours are water-soluble and PG-carried; some may contain traces of ethanol. Note: We purchase in bulk and re-bottle into smaller bottles (not the original packaging).

- Dessert-tobacco build: layer with Vanilla Swirl, Sweet Cream and a touch of Brown Sugar.
- Caramel & nuts: add Caramel Original/Butterscotch plus hazelnut/almond.
- Coffee/cocoa: pair with espresso and Cocoa Rounds for praline/mocha depth.
- Toasty edge: 0.05–0.15% Acetyl Pyrazine for roasted/nutty nuance—use sparingly.
