The Flavor Apprentice (TFA) is a leading producer of water-soluble flavourings.
Pear offers a bright, clean pear: crisp flesh, nectar-like sweetness and a gentle green peel accent—great for lemonades/sodas, berry and apple blends, smoothies/yoghurts and light desserts. Use: Concentrate that must be diluted. TFA flavours are water-soluble and PG-carried; some may contain traces of ethanol. Note: We purchase in bulk and re-bottle into smaller bottles (not the original packaging).

- Brighter top: 0.1–0.3% Sour or a touch of Lemon Lime II.
- Pairings: apple (Apple/Tart Granny Smith), Raspberry Sweet, strawberry, grape, melons, vanilla/creams.
- Bakery: layer with Graham Cracker Clear/Pie Crust and a hint of Brown Sugar for pear pie.
- Round edges: 0.25–0.5% Marshmallow or 0.25–0.75% Vanilla Swirl.
- Steeping: 0–3 days—fruits set early; fine-tune sweet/tart after a short rest.
