The Flavor Apprentice (TFA) is a leading producer of water-soluble flavourings.
Gummy Candy delivers a true jelly-candy vibe: rounded syrupy sweetness, a gentle citrus glaze and a soft, chewy body that ties fruit notes together. Ideal for candy-style sodas/lemonades, gummy berries, fruit roll-ups and as a smoother sweet base in blends.
Use: Concentrate that must be diluted. TFA flavours are water-soluble and PG-carried; some may contain traces of ethanol. Note: We purchase in bulk and re-bottle into smaller bottles (not the original packaging).

Tips for this flavour
- Dosing start: 4–7% standalone; 0.5–3% as a texture/sweet base. Too high may taste flat or overly sweet.
- Build “sour gummy”: 0.25–0.75% Sweet & Tart + 0.1–0.3% Sour layered over your fruit.
- Fruit pairings: Ripe Strawberry, Raspberry Sweet, watermelon, green apple, mango, pineapple.
- Soften edges: 0.25–0.5% Marshmallow or 0.25–0.75% Vanilla Swirl.
- Candy soda/lemonade: add 0.25–0.6% Koolada for a chilled fizzy finish.
- Steeping: 0–3 days—sweetness/texture set quickly; fine-tune acidity after a brief rest.

Best fruits to pair?
Berries, melons, green apple, citrus and tropicals like mango or pineapple.
Too sweet?
Lower the %, add a little Sour (0.1–0.2%) and use Dragonfruit (0.5–1.0%) for juiciness.
