Gingerbread Cookie captures festive gingerbread: dark molasses and caramelised sugar with lively ginger, cinnamon and a touch of clove over a buttery cookie crumb. Great for seasonal bakery, chai/latte, chocolates and fruit pies. Use: Concentrate that must be diluted. TFA flavours are water-soluble and PG-carried; some may contain traces of ethanol.   • Baked realism: 0.05–0.15% Acetyl Pyrazine for toasted crumb—use sparingly.
