The Flavor Apprentice (TFA) is a leading producer of water-soluble flavourings.
Cotton Candy provides classic fairground spun-sugar: mild caramelized sweetness with a rounded, velvety body. Used primarily as a additive/smoother to bind fruit/berry notes, soften acidity/bitterness and add a clear candy vibe without imposing a strong fruit flavour.
Use: Concentrate that must be diluted. TFA flavours are water-soluble and PG-carried; some may contain traces of ethanol. Note: We purchase in bulk and re-bottle into smaller bottles (not the original packaging).

FAQ
Difference vs. Cotton Candy Circus?
Cotton Candy offers a similarly smooth spun-sugar effect but reads a touch cleaner/more neutral. Use both sparingly and choose the candy nuance you prefer.
Is it a pure sweetener?
No—it’s a flavour that adds sweetness/smoothing, not pure sucralose. For stronger sweetness, layer a small amount of Sweetener.
Why did my fruits fade?
Excess % can mute top notes. Keep ≤1% and restore snap with Sour or Sweet & Tart.
Good with citrus?
Yes—dose lightly (0.25–0.5%) to preserve malic/citric bite.
PG-carried and re-bottled?
Yes—water-soluble, PG-carried concentrate that must be diluted; we buy in bulk and re-bottle.
