Build the crust with Graham Cracker or Graham Cracker Clear. Use: Concentrate that must be diluted. TFA flavours are water-soluble and PG-carried; some may contain traces of ethanol. - Dosing start: 2–4% standalone; 0.5–2.5% in recipes. Higher % may read tangy/chalky.
- Build the crust: Graham Cracker or Graham Cracker Clear 0.5–1.5% (+ 0.25–0.5% Butter if desired).
- Silkier cream: round with Vanilla Swirl and/or Sweet Cream 0.5–1%.
- Fruit toppings: strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, passion or lemon curd; 0.25–0.5% Meringue for icing.
- Baked nuance: 0.1–0.2% Acetyl Pyrazine for pie/crumb realism—use sparingly.
