The Flavor Apprentice (TFA) is a leading producer of water-soluble flavourings.

Caramel Candy delivers a clean, fairground-style caramel: melted sugar, buttery caramel sauce and a soft vanilla warmth—ideal as a dessert base, for RY4/coffee builds, or as a glaze over fruits and nuts.

Use: Concentrate that must be diluted. TFA flavours are water-soluble and PG-carried; some may contain traces of ethanol. Note: We purchase in bulk and re-bottle into smaller bottles (not the original packaging).

  • RY4/dessert tobacco: 0.5–1.5% RY4 Double + a touch of Vanilla Custard or Vanilla Swirl.
  • Fruit drizzle: pair with apple (Green Apple), banana, pear and 0.25–0.5% Cinnamon.
  • Coffee & chocolate: 0.25–0.8% Espresso and/or DX Milk Chocolate for mocha-caramel.

Difference vs. Caramel Original?
Caramel Candy is rounder/syrupier; Caramel Original is deeper/cooked-sugar. They can be layered.

How to avoid a burnt edge?
Keep the % modest and allow at least a week of rest. Smooth with 0.25–0.5% Meringue.

Fruit pairings?
Apple, banana, pear and berries for ”caramel drizzle” effects.
