The Flavor Apprentice (TFA) is a leading producer of water-soluble flavourings.

Butter provides a classic buttery profile: sweet creamy butter with a light browned/caramelised edge that deepens cookies, pie crusts, caramels/RY4, popcorn and sauces. Use: Concentrate that must be diluted. TFA flavours are water-soluble and PG-carried; some may contain traces of ethanol.
