The Flavor Apprentice (TFA) is a leading producer of water-soluble flavourings.
Black Currant delivers a striking cassis profile: bright acidity, dark berry sweetness and a characteristic peel/leaf nuance that adds structure—great for lemonades/sodas, mixed berries, jam-style builds, yoghurts/creams and as an accent to grape/apple.
Use: Concentrate that must be diluted. TFA flavours are water-soluble and PG-carried; some may contain traces of ethanol. Note: We purchase in bulk and re-bottle into smaller bottles (not the original packaging).
