- Dosing start: 6–9% standalone; 0.5–4% as an accent. High % may turn floral/soapy.
- Lemonade/soda: 0.25–0.75% Sweet & Tart + 0.1–0.3% Sour for fizz.
- Pairings: peach/nectarine, mango, passionfruit, strawberry/raspberry, pear, lychee; a touch of Almond for “apricot kernel”.
- Yoghurt/cream: 0.5–1% Vanilla Swirl or Sweet Cream + 0.25–0.5% Meringue for glaze/jam effect.
- Bakery: Graham Cracker Clear/Pie Crust with a hint of Brown Sugar for pie or tart fillings.
- Bind & lift: 0.5–1.5% Dragonfruit to emulsify and brighten fruit blends.
- Steeping: 0–3 days—fruit sets quickly; fine-tune sweet/tart after a short rest.
