The Flavor Apprentice (TFA) is a leading producer of water-soluble flavourings.
Oatmeal Cookie captures a fresh-baked profile: toasted oats and brown sugar up top, buttery cookie crumb through the middle and a soft vanilla/cinnamon finish—ideal for bakery bases, pie crusts and crumble layers. Use: Concentrate that must be diluted. TFA flavours are water-soluble and PG-carried; some may contain traces of ethanol. Note: We purchase in bulk and re-bottle into smaller sizes (not the original packaging).

- Extra crumb realism: 0.1–0.3% Acetyl Pyrazine for biscuit edges.
- Raisin/nut cookie: add a touch of Rum (DX Jamaican Rum low), Brown Sugar and almond/walnut.
- Cheesecake/pie builds: pair with Graham Cracker or Pie Crust plus a hint of butterscotch.
- Creamier cookie: round with Vanilla Swirl/Sweet Cream and 0.25–0.5% marshmallow.
- Steeping: 7–14 days—oats/spices meld and the brown sugar smooths out.
