The Flavor Apprentice (TFA) is a leading producer of water-soluble flavourings.

Huckleberry delivers a deep wild-berry profile: darker-than-blueberry body with bright acidity, gentle tannins and a hint of blackcurrant/grape. Excellent as a main berry in forest-berry blends, pies/desserts, or to add depth to lighter berries. Use: Concentrate that must be diluted. TFA flavours are water-soluble and PG-carried; some may contain traces of ethanol. Note: We purchase in bulk and re-bottle into smaller sizes (not the original packaging).
