- Fruits & berries: strawberry, mango, peach, lemon/lime—DX Sweet Cream rounds without buttery heft.
- Coffee/dessert: pair with coffee/espresso, caramel/RY4 and chocolates for latte and dessert styles.
- Avoid tangy/yoghurty edges: lower %, add a little sweetener or vanilla; allow 3–7 days to rest.

Is DX Sweet Cream diketone-free?

Why do I get a tangy/yogurt note?
Usually too high a %—reduce, add vanilla/marshmallow and rest 3–7 days.
