The Flavor Apprentice (TFA) is a leading producer of water-soluble flavourings.
DX Milk Chocolate delivers a clean milk-chocolate profile: creamy cocoa, gentle vanilla and rounded sweetness with fewer waxy/papery notes than many chocolates. Great for bakery, ice-cream/desserts, coffee drinks and nut/fruit combos. Use: Concentrate that must be diluted. TFA flavours are water-soluble and PG-carried; some may contain traces of ethanol. The DX line is formulated without added diketones (DA/AP). Note: We purchase in bulk and re-bottle into smaller sizes (not the original packaging).
