The Flavor Apprentice (TFA) is a leading producer of water-soluble flavourings.

DX Graham Cracker delivers a clean graham base: honeyed biscuit crumb, toasted wholegrain and a subtle cinnamon/brown sugar edge that builds pie crusts, cheesecakes and cookie crumbs. The DX line is formulated without added diketones (DA/AP) for a less “buttery” cream note. Use: Concentrate that must be diluted. TFA flavours are water-soluble and PG-carried; some may contain traces of ethanol. Note: We purchase in bulk and re-bottle into smaller sizes (not the original packaging).

  • Fruit pairings: key lime/lemon, strawberry/blueberry/raspberry, apple with cinnamon.
  • Chocolate crust: layer with Cocoa Rounds or a light milk-chocolate note.
  • Softer mouthfeel: 0.25–0.5% marshmallow/cream to tame dryness.
