The Flavor Apprentice (TFA) is a leading producer of water-soluble flavourings.
DX Banana Foster captures the classic dessert: warm caramelised banana, brown-sugar/caramel sauce, a gentle rum note and soft vanilla “ice-cream” creaminess—great for milkshakes, pies/cheesecakes, chocolates and coffee desserts. The DX line is formulated without added diketones (DA/AP) for a cleaner cream profile. Use: Concentrate that must be diluted. TFA flavours are water-soluble and PG-carried; some may contain traces of ethanol. Note: We purchase in bulk and re-bottle into smaller sizes (not the original packaging).
