Dragonfruit is a flexible fruit note that both tastes and binds: light tropical pitaya with juicy body, a hint of pear/kiwi and a fresh citrus edge. Widely used as an excellent emulsifier/blender to smooth acids, plump strawberries/berries and tie tropical/citrus mixes together. Use: Concentrate that must be diluted. TFA flavours are water-soluble and PG-carried; some may contain traces of ethanol. Note: We purchase in bulk and re-bottle into smaller sizes (not the original packaging).

- Dosing start: 6–10% standalone; 0.5–4% as an accent/blender. Higher % may go perfumey/floral.
- Open up strawberries: 1–3% with Strawberry/Strawberry Ripe for extra juiciness.
- Tropical bridge: link mango/pineapple/passion with lime—Dragonfruit smooths acids.
- Lemonades/sodas: 1–2% adds body (“wetness”) and tames sharp citrus edges.
- Fix plasticky notes: lower total %, add 0.25–0.5% Marshmallow/vanilla for softer tops.
- Steeping: 0–3 days—best fresh; a short rest evens the mix.
