Capella produces water-soluble, food-grade flavours. Sugar Cookie V2 delivers a classic cookie profile: buttery vanilla, soft “cookie crumb” and a lightly caramelized baked edge. Great solo and as a base in dessert, fruit and coffee blends.

Use: Concentrate that must be diluted. For e-liquid, mix into PG/VG (and nicotine if used) per the guidelines below. For culinary use, small amounts go a long way. Note: We buy in bulk and re-bottle into smaller sizes (non-OEM packaging).
