Capella is a leading producer of water-soluble flavors. Hazelnut V2 provides a clean roasted hazelnut profile with praline/nougat mid-tones and a soft creamy finish. Excellent in chocolate, coffee and dessert mixes, and for adding nutty body to RY4/tobaccos.
Use: Concentrate that must be diluted. Nut flavors can turn bitter at higher %—start low and adjust gradually. Note: We bulk-source and re-bottle into smaller sizes (not the original manufacturer bottle).

FAQ
Is V2 less “burnt” than typical nut flavors?
It presents a smooth roast without harsh edges. For more roast, pair with cocoa/chocolate or a touch of biscuit.
Why do I sometimes get bitterness?
Nuts can skew bitter above ~3–4%. Reduce %, add cream/vanilla, and allow 7–14 days of steeping.
Good with coffee and chocolate?
Yes—0.5–2% brings clear hazelnut to mocha, nougat and praline recipes.
Does it work in RY4/tobaccos?
Definitely. 0.3–1% adds nutty body and depth to caramel/tobacco bases.
PG-carried and dilution required?
Yes—always dilute in a PG/VG base before use.
Original bottle?
No. We bulk-source and re-bottle into 20/50/100 ml for better pricing and availability.
