Capella produces water-soluble, food-grade flavours. Harvest Berry offers a balanced berry medley: bright strawberry/raspberry on top, juicy blueberry in the body and a deeper blackcurrant tone on the finish. Ideal as a fruit base or to freshen dessert and soda blends.
